UK house prices surge

House prices have risen at their fastest rate in February with the London market rebounding at an astonishing rate after three years of negativity due to the Brexit fiasco. Buyers have flooded back since Boris Johnson’s spectacular election win.

Property prices were up by 2.3 per cent year on year across the country with London prices strongest, the biggest annual jump since July 2018 according to latest figures from Nationwide.
